• Full project lifecycle from discovery to launch

What You’ll Build in March:

• Donation feature to support Agile 103’s sustainability
• Resource library with gated access for community members
• Complete project experience: discovery, requirements, development, testing, launch

How the Project Works:

• Self-organized teams of 8-12 students
• Roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, QA
• Daily standups (student-led, asynchronous)
• Weekly demos in Thursday/Saturday classes
• Building with AI assistance (no coding experience required)
