Participants will be divided into small teams and given a backlog containing a mix of well-written and poorly defined work items. Each team will:
Assess whether each item meets the Definition of Ready.
Identify missing acceptance criteria, dependencies, and quality risks.
Improve selected user stories by applying Agile best practices.
Define a shared Definition of Done for the sprint.
Present their recommendations and explain how their changes would improve sprint success and product quality.
The workshop concludes with a facilitated discussion comparing each team’s approach and identifying best practices that participants can immediately implement within their own organizations.
