Facilitated by TJ Badru
Claude, ChatGPT, and other conversational AI tools are quickly becoming a standard part of the Agile practitioner’s toolkit. This session picks up where our Copilot session left off and focuses specifically on Claude — how it differs from Microsoft’s ecosystem tools, and where it shines for Agile work.
We’ll walk through real, hands-on examples: turning a messy meeting transcript into a clean retrospective summary, drafting a sprint review script, generating and refining user stories from a stakeholder conversation, and using Claude as a thinking partner when preparing for a difficult stakeholder conversation.
