Experience the fun and interactive side of Agile with our Agile Games Workshop. This session is designed to demonstrate the power of games and simulations in teaching Agile principles and practices. The workshop will include activities like the Marshmallow Challenge, Lego Scrum, and other creative exercises that highlight the importance of Agile values and principles. Participants will also have the opportunity to design their own Agile games, tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of their teams. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a toolkit of engaging and educational games that they can bring back to their own teams to promote Agile practices and improve team dynamics.
