This session will explore the intricacies of team dynamics in cross-functional settings, focusing on how to foster collaboration among team members with diverse skill sets. Participants will learn the importance of creating a culture of trust and open communication, which are essential for teams to deliver quality outcomes efficiently.

Through group activities and facilitated discussions, we’ll examine common challenges faced by cross-functional teams, such as role ambiguity, conflict resolution, and aligning on a shared vision. Cy and IS will guide the group through best practices for enhancing team cohesion, including strategies for balancing workloads, managing dependencies, and leveraging each member’s unique strengths.

Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how to build and sustain a collaborative team environment that drives success. These skills are not only critical for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches but also for team members who wish to contribute more effectively within their teams.
