Facilitator: Adio B

The role of the Scrum Master extends far beyond facilitating meetings or enforcing Scrum rules—it is about being a servant leader who supports and empowers the team to reach their full potential. This session will delve into the principles of servant leadership, exploring how Scrum Masters can remove impediments, guide teams without micromanaging, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Participants will learn how to balance their responsibilities as both leaders and supporters, enabling them to navigate complex team dynamics. We’ll explore how to build trust with the team and create an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive. We will also cover strategies for dealing with resistance to change, conflicts within the team, and challenges that arise when working with cross-functional or distributed teams.

By the end of this session, Scrum Masters will have a toolkit of servant leadership strategies they can implement to improve their team’s performance and help them succeed in achieving Sprint Goals. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, participants will leave feeling confident in their role as facilitators of Agile success.
