In this special Halloween-themed session, we’ll wrap up the month with an engaging and interactive Scrum Quiz, designed to test participants’ knowledge on the Scrum Guide and all the topics we’ve covered throughout October. The quiz will challenge attendees with real-world scenarios, multiple-choice questions, and practical exercises that evaluate their understanding of Scrum values, roles, events, and artifacts. It’s a fun way to reinforce the learning from the month while fostering friendly competition among participants.

We’ll also dive into real-world case studies where Scrum practices either succeeded or failed. Participants will work through these case studies to analyze what went wrong (or right) and how Scrum principles can be applied to improve outcomes. These case studies will cover a variety of industries and project complexities, showing how Scrum can be adapted to meet the unique needs of any team. We’ll discuss critical decision points in each case and invite participants to share how they would approach similar challenges within their own teams.

By the end of the session, participants will not only have a better understanding of their strengths and areas for growth through the quiz but will also gain new insights from the case studies. This reflective exercise will help them apply what they’ve learned to real-life situations, improving their overall Scrum mastery. And since it’s Halloween, we’ll add a little extra fun with some themed prizes for the top quiz performers!
