This session will simulate a Backlog Refinement meeting, focusing on how to effectively prioritize and refine the product backlog. Participants will engage in role-playing exercises to practice the techniques and best practices of backlog refinement, including how to break down user stories, estimate effort, and prioritize tasks.

The session will cover the roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and development team during backlog refinement. Participants will learn how to facilitate discussions, ensure clarity and consensus on user stories, and make informed decisions on task prioritization.

By the end of the session, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to conduct effective backlog refinement meetings that keep the product backlog healthy, organized, and aligned with project goals. This hands-on experience will help attendees enhance their skills in backlog management and improve their team’s productivity.
