Mid-sprint check-in to review progress, demo work-in-progress, remove blockers, and adjust plans as needed. This is where Agile’s flexibility shows its power.

Benefits of Attending This Session:
Participants will get unblocked on technical challenges, receive feedback to improve their work, adjust plans to stay on track, and learn from seeing others’ progress. Mid-sprint check-ins are where Agile’s inspect-and-adapt cycle happens in real time.
